i want to watch naruto shippuden again, and i watched up to the great ninja war, the begining. and i want to know what episode to start on because when i had my old Laptop it got messed up and had to get a new one (a few weeks after) now i dont know what episode i am on. So if anyone could be nice enough and tell me what episode i should start on again.

It's hard to pinpoint an exact episode with insufficient detail, but I'd say start at 243. It's just after the Adventures at Sea filler season and it marks the start of Naruto's tailed-beast training with Killer Bee.

If you were in a situation like I am, where I haven't watched in ages, but wouldn't mind catching up, I would start it over completely. It would take a long time sure, but then you get the full experience all over again.

That's what I did lol. If you feel like you've missed out on anything, there's no harm in starting again! I loved rewatching the whole series of Naruto and Shippuden. The experience is amazing.
