I know It's possible to give 50 without recovering or even being In the same lobby as the person giving It but Is It possible to give the Bungie chest plate to someone In a similar way?

its not possible. rank is the only thing other people can get without a jtag/RGH

It can't be possible because that as well as recon are stored server side and the only reason that a JTAG/RGH can is because the xex is set to just unlock everything for use.

In short, nope not possible.

But I have seen a mod where you can add recon to your account? I don't remember the name but I have used It and It also allows you to add the bungie chest plate but It doesn't work on the profile but recon did

I'm pretty sure it's not possible, I've looked around for it before but I couldn't find anything.
