earlier today my gold ran out and i redeemed a new code. Regardless, the xbox still doesnt recognize that i have gold and continues to harass me by telling me to buy either a 1 month or a 12 month. Ive already tryed deleting the profile and recovering, tried turning off and on, tried everything.

PS. It is recognized on my 360.

any help would be appreciated thx.

This is a pretty common issue and unfortunately I haven't found any fixes for it. I searched on the Xbox Forums and found a lot of people having the same problem. People have tried contacting Xbox Support and they couldn't offer much help because it's a bug with Xbox Live not recognizing that the account on your Xbox One has a Gold Membership.

You can try contacting Xbox Live support and see if they can do anything to help but hopefully Microsoft will be able to fix the issue for everyone. For the mean time I would try making another account that you can use until your issue is resolved (if possible).
