Right am only rank 2 and am online gta and i cant see the flight school on the online map i have done the online tutorial whats going on am online can play the game fine and i have installed the update and pack but need help guys

You have to be a higher level I believe level 6

I believe 10 months back or so when completing the Tutorial you are already lvl 3 or 4 after that. What have you done??
