There is always a chance when your modding. It's not soo much on F4, but FH is another story concerning the credits.

IF YOU PLAN TO MOD, OR EVEN DEBATING IF A MOD TOOL IS WORTHY OF USING, NEVER ,EVER ,ASK THE ULTIMATE NEWB QUESTION "CAN I BE BANNED FOR....?" the reality is you CAN be banned just by being associated with a known modder.
(it don't happen often but I have witnessed it personally at least twice)
Like crunch said it is always possible. Especially turn 10, they are part of XBL indirectly and can actually console ban just as quickly as XBL Enforcement Team themselves
But seriously the thing to ask yourself is if you have HMB Diamond to mod your save then why be greedy in the first place?
Sure you can mod it to max money, max stats, all unicorns and never touch it again...but that is a red flag in the server for such a dramatic increase instantly and the probability of being banned is above 50% .

I make it a point personally to only "BUMP" AS NEEDED to around 55 MIL, plus whatever was already there, and if I am stat adding then I only tack 10-15 levels per mod, this in theory keeps it under radar at a ban probability of around 45% or lower and I have yet to get suspended ,banned or so much as a profile flag.
