What is League Of Legends?
League of Legends is a MOBA, what is a MOBA? MOBA stands for Multiplayer Online Battle Arena=MOBA.
The object in League of legends is to destroy ones Nexus, the Nexus is the primary goal, aside from objectives like baron and dragon and turrets, and inhibitors, taking ones Nexus will end the game, giving you a victory. Now that you know a little bit about league lets look at the Champions, Positions and the League of Legends Map(s).
Positions

Top Lane
Jungle
Mid Lane
ADC

Top Lane-Top lane in a solo lane which usually doesn't become solo until you reach around lvl 20 that's when you receive the right masteries to be able to jungle with. Top usually consist of a tank to tank lane, basically it's not a fast lane usually not much kills or objectives being taken, it's mostly farm and trading back in fourth. Simple depending on match ups.
Jungle-Jungle is important in every game, weather it be smiting that dragon or baron from the enemies team or snowballing a lane. Jungle basically roams around in his teams jungle or their teams jungle which is counter jungling. Jungle doesn't have a lane specifically he roams lane to lane trying to pick up kills and help the lanes following behind, Jungle may sound easy but usually if something goes wrong in the game it's jungles fault and it's gg over (bronze-gold) players would say. Jungles usually tend to be hard tank and initiation type champions
Mid lane-Mid lane is mostly played as APC(ability point carry) basically the mid lane either snowballs lane hard or roams top or bot trying to pick up kills. Usually the mid lanes are very squishy and jungles tend to camp mid lane so if you do pick up champions and play mid lane, always buy wards.
ADC-Attack damage carry is what your team relies on mostly he is the main source of damage to all champions and the number one opponent you want to target in team fights, usually the ADC only had one escape usually being flash or a jump that is built into the champion, a lot of pressure on ADCs because if you don't farm well, then you're going to have a rough late game, ADCs take a lot of concentration to the csing and also to the trading damage.
Support-Supports basically stick with their ADCs are all time, basically you play support you're going to have to die to save your ADC that's what it's all about, you risk your life so your ADC can get that one cs or that double kill. Basically a support is someone with CC but also movement speed or shield buffs and such like that. A supports main job is to keep the ADC alive, CC the enemy team and ward, ward ward ward.

Summoner skills
Barrier

Barrier is basically a shield that activates when used, you unlock it when you reach level 6.
The shield last for 2 seconds and the amount the shield blocks for increased per (ingame)summoner level
Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance is basically a 5 second global ward, hover your mouse anywheres on the map
and the spot will be revealed for 5 seconds. Unlocked at level 10
Clarity

Clarity unlocked at level 1 is basically like heal except for mana, it restores 40% of your maximun mana
Cleanse

Cleanse is unlocked at level 2, it's a self spell, say when you're stunned or silenced using cleanse
will remove the stunn or silence.
Exhaust

Exhaust is unlocked at level 8, it reduces an enemys attack and movement speed
reduces attack/movement for 30% for 2.5 seconds and reduces damage delt by them.
Flash

Flash moves/teleports your champion to a location in front of you or over walls
wherever your cursor is located, unlocked at level 12.
Garrison(dominion only)

Garrison makes allied captured points stronger or weakens a enemys capture point
it's increased regeneration and attack speed for 8 seconds or reduces enemys by 80%
for 8 seconds.
Ghost

Unlocked level 1, makes you able to pass through any units(minions/champions) increased
movement speed by 27% for 10 seconds.
Heal

Heal unlocked at level 1, restores nearby allies and your champions HP for a certain amount
based on champion level. Heal debuffs your champion for 35 seconds making other heals 50% less effective.
Heal grants 30% movement speed increase for 1 second.
Ignite

Ignite is unlocked at level 8, its a single target champion dealing spell, deals true damage over time.
Damages increases per champion level, also reduces targets healing and regenartion income by 50%.
Revive

Revive instantly revives your champion back at base, it's unlocked at level one and grants 125% movement speed
upon revival, movement speed decays over 12 second period.
Smite

Smite unlocked at level 3 DOES NOT HURT ENEMY CHAMPIONS when i was new I believe it did hurt enemy champions
just I thought I could never get it to work, but it does not, smite is mainly used for jungling and does 390 base damage
at level 1 on jungle creeps baron or dragon, damage increased per level maxing at 1000 I believe.
Teleport

Teleaport, teleaports your champion to a chosen location on a map, teleaport can be used on things such as
minions,turrets,wards,thresh lantern,jarvans flag stand. Teleaports unlocked at level 6. Teleaport can be cancled
but stuns and other cc things such as knocks ups and such.

I can't even imagine how long it took you to put each champions picture and the roles they play on. I really wish I had this guide when I first started out. This is awesome, I hope some of the newer players get to see this.

I was going to add in twisted treeline after I finish up the Common builds for roles and summoner spells for each roles. I get all my tier list from nerfplz but if you're a regular 3v3 ranked player then I would gladly accept your tier list

Top/god tier based off of win percentage?
Half the champions you listed aren't prevalent to the meta and see little to no competitive play. Just because they have a high win percentage, doesn't make them god/top tier. I can assure you Fiora is NOT god tier lol. Well put effort into the guide though.

All god tier is taken from nerfplz, nerfplz god tier follows the latest patch and strongest most dominating champions there are taking in a count for late game early game.
Instructions and Caveats:
Champions in BOLD I will talk about shortly
Champions UNDERLINED may be over/undervalued, but aren't/haven't played enough for me to make a better judgement.
Within each tier the champions are strongest from left to right, but within a tier each champion's strength is relatively close. This is especially true for Tiers 2 and 3 where these champions are ALL highly playable and player dependent on how strong they are in-game.
This tier list takes data from ALL players; however, since the majority of players fall in the first three tiers, the majority of data points will come from there.
Win Rates are important in analyzing each champion's strength, but are not the end-all criteria for any champion's position.
The creator of this list is diamond, so there may be some personal bias towards higher tier play on certain champions.

I do not create the tier list I just use the info given to me by a site I used sense basically day 1 of playing league. But I agree fiora I don't agree with it, I wouldn't play her but tier list is tier list.
