It's not really worth anything unless you have a side car for it. A side car is the big block that connects to the top of the console that makes it a devkit. Right now, considering it's a XENON it's not worth much. Maybe around $180-200.

ok thanks but i think the demo kit dont require sidcar since it does not support dvd drive emulation.

Not necessarily. The sidecar only allows easier debugging and DVD emulation, but requires a larger power supply. Other than that it could still be a devkit but a little less functional as one. It's a demo kit, therefor doesn't come with a sidecar originally and doesn't support DVD emulation/debugging.
