There is no difference they are the same thing. What are you tying to get at?

A glitch chip is what allows your console to run unsigned code. Do you even know what you bought? You bought something that makes your console half retail and half RGH, but you don't have the chip to RGH it.

would you be able to give me the link on what I need to buy and on the website it says it can get the nand and do everything you have to do with the nand and program the cool runner ?

The cool runner is the glitch chip bud. You can't RGH your console with just that chip. It will dual NAND it. But you need to RGH it first. Buy a "CR3 lite"

DO NOT RGH YOUR CONSOLE IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Not to come across as a jerk, but I don't have an RGH/JTAG and I can tell you everything about one. Unless you can RGH it by yourself without any tutorials, and you understand why and how each RGH and JTAG method works don't even approach it. It isn't something that just happens. If you aren't careful you may permanently damage your console. If you really want a modded console, however, study up on Xbox 360 homebrew and learn how it works and why. Once you have modded your Xbox you need to know how to get online as well. You also need to manage your patch files, or DLLs. I am sorry to write such a lengthy post, but to be honest I am frustrated. On these forums I seem to be seeing lots and lots of people asking questions about homebrew consoles that should not be asked if one is getting such a console. Sorry to rant.
