My Budget is like 350 GBP like 584 USD.

I want it for coding, rendering, Recording, and stuff like that.

Build me a pc for that and i will give u 50 Rep.

You can later on add a dedicated GPU like a R9 270; if you would like to game on it or need it for a particular program.
