I doubt you'll get banned. Just dont join his lobbies and you wont be banned cos your not using his infections in-game.

Well aslong as your in a ranked match there should be 0% chance of getting banned, unless your using his mods.

When you say " I would keep getting placed into his match. " and then you say "I have stopped playing with him as he keeps inviting me." You are unable to play in a different match b/c you keep accepting his invite

Most likely he will be the one getting banned, Players have must of reported him by now i don't see why some one would enjoy playing in a game where they are getting Wrecked buy a guy with God mode, or even being on a team with him and not be able to get more then 5 Kills

You can also increase you chance of not playing with him if you File a Player Report on him or Avoid Player i thinks thats what its called.

But also there is a possibility still as you joined on your Free will to his games. But i could be wrong. I've seen many reports about people joining hacked games and playing normal then getting banned b/c they were Quote-Unquote "Involved" with players tempering with the game.

Just don't go around bragging about it and you should be find the less people know the better
