Spawn_3211 wrote I think the build could be a little better with a 780ti, but in my eyes everything is better with a 780ti, i think maybe try to buy everything seprate and look on differnt sites to see who has the best deals and try to go for a intel CPU not a AMD (But its Just a preference) and another idea use the SSD as a boot drive and the normal internal Hard drive as normal storage!

Here is a Good New PC list for you to try ( A LOT MORE EXSPENSIVE **WARNING**): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
derpy derp. Obviously a GTX 780 Ti will out-perform a GTX 770. An i7 would be beneficial in games that utilize hyperthreading but the i5 will actually perform better in some cases than an i7. That's not even remotely a "Good New PC list". Especially considering it's $2k over OP's budget. If you had $3k for a PC anyway, you wouldn't waste money on cheap crappy case fans. Nor would you purchase an old case, you would get a more modern case. I'd also have a better GPU in my build if I was spending $3k on it, or at least 2x GPU's in SLI/XFire.

I've already helped you on another thread. I gave you a very nice build which included a monitor, mouse and keyboard for $1003. Why would you get a 4690k with a B85 chipset mobo? Such a waste of money, especially since there are Z97 boards for the same price as the B85 in that build. The GTX 770 is a great GPU, but the R9 280X would be a better choice IMHO. The R9 280X comes clsoe to matching the GTX 770 in terms of performance but is quite a bit cheaper. That Raidmax case in your build looks horible as well.

Just a little bit less than the build you linked, but with a better case, motherboard, RAM and SSD. Also, with a good PSU. The R9 280X is $75 less than the GTX 770 and the GTX 770 definitely doesn't have $75 worth of extra performance over the 280x.

Yeah, it should be fine. Look up reviews for it first. I've never personally used an aftermarket cooler, I only ever use stock coolers since I don't overclock but I'm sure that one would be fine. I know that CM make other good quality components so I don't think their CPU coolers would be any different.

It really doesn't seem like you're listening at all. Sentey PSU's are just re-branded Super Flower units. Despite the silly name, I've heard good things. However, I personally wouldn't get it. SeaSonic, XFX, EVGA, Corsair and Cooler Master are the only PSU's I would use. I have had experience with those, either in one ofmy builds or a family/friend's build. Like I've said already, that Raidmax case is silly and ugly and with a budget like yours, you shouldn't be spending as little as $50 on a case, you should be buying a good quality case. The only thing you changed was the GPU and added a CPU cooler which is pointless since you won't be overclocking anyway. There's also no point in having an overclockable CPU if you can't overclock it. 2x4GB RAM is better than 1x8GB. Why are you so determined to get a 24" monitor? Why do you refuse to listen to my advice? I've already supplied you with two perfectly good builds for two completely different budgets. If you're not going to listen, I can't help you.
