On my post on the cod modded lobbies am I allowed to say some thing like donating is not required but will help out a lot and you will be rewarded . Or am I not allowed thanks

I put that and they didn't take it down. You should be fine. But no one will donate and people that do just charge back

You are allowed to, but not too many people donate nowadays. Still not a bad idea to put it down though.
