I have an Alienware M15x that I bought used from a friend the only problem with it was the battery wouldn't charge when plugged in now when I go to turn it on the power supply has to be at a angle and even then the metal tip gets very hot (enough to burn your skin) and it just shuts off. Any solutions or help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
