The squad will cost you around 1.8 million, there are no upgrades worth the extra 100k.

The manager is important, it doesn't have to be the Brazil manager but just make sure to get the BBVA card, so that your chemistry is 100. Neymar will be your main skiller considering he is a 5 star. If you need any other squads be sure to post and I can definitely help you out.
