I just really don't understand the point in people (In this case the GTA Forums) Going and posting that a lobby is legit, without even being given an invite. It doesn't increase your chances of getting in and only bumps up the topic of the (Usually) fake hoster. I'm talking about people putting

on a topic from a user who's account looks like

Well, these leeches are what make the legit topics get the recognition that they deserve.

As for them posting legit on their friends fake post, I don't think that this happens much anymore as you have to have proof and what not.

I get this on my modded topic all the time. All I ask is for people to post their in game name while adding me so I can check they are from TTG. But I also get "this is legit", "LEGIT 20202020". There are many different versions. But I guess some people do that because they see my vouches in my post and stuff, so they do help. You get used to it after a while.

Yeah the scammers usually make second accounts or they get their friends to do it

This is true, but for the people who do actually host for people if they didn't get leeched or "Legit spammed" there topic would get to the front pages and get them traffic. Only the people that are "Fake hosters" would..

Hosters tells leechers to say legit before they get in, I don't know why it matters when the hosters says ''Post Legit to get an invite'' for the people looking if its legit wont be able to judge by these comments since they just post to get in, yea I hope you understood ;) ^

Well when I host. I tell people to post legit when they are in the lobby and see that I have their rewards to post legit before I give them what they came for. But that's just me

It annoys me when people are like "Rookie Users" And have like 2years on the site and just use it for Modded Lobbies like no... Not "LEGIT 202020202" Just no.
