Would I flash it normally or do I just put it in the XboxLiveLogon folder?

To be safe I would take the logon files off , the flash the kv to the nand then reinstall the logon files

1. Delete the old KV.
2. Copy the new one you have into your folder
3. Reboot.
4. You're done! It's really unnecessary to flash it.

Just put the KV.bin on the root of your harddrive and Xbls will run off of the unbanned KV
