It just stops there and doesnt load anything else.. Like my emulator and cpu key and such

It seems like it's having trouble initiating one of your components that are connected via sata cable, which is either your disk drive or your HDD. How many gigs is your HDD? also, try removing it then re-running xell.

I agree with this. Disconnect the sata cable from the back of the DVD drive and I'll bet you a dollar that it then "boots fully" through Xell.

Maybe it wasn't clear, but we were saying to attempt it with the sata to the DVD disconnected.
not to unplug and re-plug it.

I've only ever seen it happen a few times, you might be able to get around it by enabling the nodvd patch with xebuild in your nand, but that would have the same effect as leaving it unplugged.
Edit: a build with an older version of Xell would probably be worth a shot too.

Well I'm glad it worked! I've never seen this happen actually.
