Just stop right there, don't even get into that, it has nothing to do with what this topic is about. There is whole sticky devoted to that.

No matter what the police do everyone calls it police brutality, it's stupid if you do something to provoke an officer who job it is to be prepared for the worse and people wanna do something that can be seen as an act of aggression. Example somebody could have been stopped by an officer and some idiot will start running at him, if he tells you to stop and you keep running at him and he tazes you, he's the bad guy? No I sleep good at night knowing all the criminals are getting off the streets.

Police can do as they would like as long as it doesn't violate my constitutional rights.
