I took a long break from modding so I have not been looking around recently. But is there any tools out for BO2 or MW3 that allow me to system-link my accounts to get unlock all and max prestige without having to connect my RGH to Live? (My KV is banned) In easier terms, I'm trying to do the same method that many people use on MW2 to host XP lobbies (with system-link) without having to use XBLS. Is this possible?
