I take no responsibility for what may happen to your account, you acknowledge that you are boosting and that you know the consequences for boosting. If you do not know the consequences then I will list them for you.
What is it?
This is a method of boosting on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, this method requires (2) two controllers and a friend to help you get into the lobby.
Prerequisites:
1) Two (2) Controllers
2) A friend who you will help you
3) A presaved gamemode with unlimited Time and Score. (Make one or go to community)
How to do it?
1) Go to Multiplayer on Black Ops II, and Click Xbox Live.
2) Hover over Public Match
3) Tell your friend who is helping you get into the lobby to go to the main menu, where it says:
Xbox Live
System Link
Local
Etc...
Tell your friend to click > System Link > and tell him/her to hover over Create Game and Press Y to open and X on your name to join your session, but before you tell your friend to join make sure they know that when they hit X that as soon as they do tell them to Spam A until their screen goes black, it'll put them by themselves and it says they have no rank! That's ok they have a rank. The game is glitched.
Now tell your friend to hit B to go back where it say Xbox Live etc... tell them to click Xbox Live and just sit there.
4) You go to Custom game Put on your second controller now as a guest and then put the game to free for all with not setting just a default free for all and then join your friend and you should be put into a game by yourself and it should be starting and you have about 11/12 seconds to load up your custom game you made and put bots on and then you are done.
Important please read!:
Your friends cannot join the game, its impossible.
IF your UNDER level 50 then you can ONLY get up to 150 kills, any higher and the game will not count and you will have wasted time.
If your level 50 or HIGHER you can get 299 kills OR 29,000 score.
One Shot Kill Medals don't count and neither do Bloodthirsty medals unfortunately.
How to make the XP stick?:
When you have done all that you can just simply end the game once the game is over and your in the lobby still and its searching for a new game, you have to dashboard to make it stick.
Just come back on the game and repeat if you want.

Boosting
Any user who colludes with another user to exploit the game for the purpose of gaining XP, prestige, game score, weapon level, or in-game unlock is subject to penalty.
First offense: User will be temporarily banned from playing the game online, will have their stats & emblems reset, and will have their leaderboard entries deleted.
Second offense: User will be temporarily banned from playing the game online, will have their stats & emblems reset, will have online split-screen privileges revoked, will have their leaderboard entries deleted, and will lose the ability to use prestige token/unlocks.
Extreme or multiple repeat offenses: User will be permanently banned from playing the game online, will have their stats & emblems reset, and will be blocked permanently from appearing in leaderboards.
