A [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (from the anime Death Note) is a notebook that grants its user the ability to kill anyone whose name and face they know. Simply put, you write a person's name in the notebook, and as long as you know their face as well, they die.
So, if you found a Death Note, would you use it?

I would kill The creators of CoD so we wouldn't have every other kid telling each other that they're going to @7$% their moms every damn day when they get killed. Also terrorist, evil people, etc.
