Hi,

So this is a very controversial topic. I know people have strong opinions on both sides. Please do not flame anyone for any opinions they may have and don't be a bigot. Lets keep this civil.

The United states is letting immigrant children from mexico into the country. Let's just think about this for a minute. We are providing food, water, and care for these children who are illegally entering this country. Lets me provide you all with a realistic meme.

Let it sink in for a minute. Our Veterans are being treated like crap and are not even receiving the proper benefits such as medical care that was promised. Our children (US Children) are starving and our US Family's are ending up homeless because they do not make enough money to live. Yet the US Government is allowing tons of Illegal Children enter our soil and our states with free care and service. I know for a fact they are not paying for it. Immigration laws are not being followed at all. Another kicker is that all the Undocumented, non-citizens entering this country may be presented with WORK PERMITS.

"President Barack Obama is considering using executive action to let millions of undocumented immigrants obtain work permits that would allow them stay in the U.S. legally, said a Democratic Senate aide."

So our US Citizens that pay taxes and live here, will be provided with less jobs and even less opportunities?

I am completely shocked that our Government is doing this and I have no more words to share. What is your opinion on this situation? Please make sure to provide a solid statement(s) to make a strong argument.

We in the UK have been dealing with this for years.

If they are old enough to work and work, then let them be.

Would you rather the children starve??

At the end of the day, the world is made of land and water, its humans that decided to section it off and call it theirs.

I would like to bring up a specific part of what you are saying.
"If they are old enough to work and work, then let them be."

Sure that would be fine and dandy. But most of The US is not thriving with jobs. Even people with College degree's do not get the jobs they majored in because its full. With illegal immigrants entering the country and possibly earning work permits, this takes more jobs away from the people that live here legally and pay taxes. This is the problem. If the US was thriving with Jobs and had a stable economy I'm sure it would not be an issue. But the US is the opposite.

Jobs are available due to people not doing them.
immigrants tend to do any job going to earn a living, these jobs are ones that people looks down on.
Things like cleaning and manual labour.

People with degrees not getting jobs is nothing to do with immigrants.
I highly doubt an immigrant coming to the country will get the job a degree qualified individual would get.

As much as I understand your point, its a poor argument, its the same argument the BNP, EDL and many others that think that way use against immigrants over here.

Yes, but laws were non-existant. The US has immigration laws currently. I thank you if you came to this country legally with a visa and passed a citizenship test.

Couldn't have said it better. The freedom of work and everything that goes along with that is what brings the immigrants here and this country was built by them as well as them helping with labor for less and what not.

There is no reason they should be coming here like that....

We allow people to come to america and become citizens completely legally.. so why then do they have to come here illegally?

why are we granting amnesty to them?

we shouldn't... send them back where they came from....
