I was playing fifa when it said my console had been signed into somewhere else ? so i signed back in changed my password and thought that was the end of it. Then around an hour later i get disconnected and when i tried to sign back in it said i was suspended for 14 days !!! i went on the check my email that said i had been suspended for tampering with my console etc (which i have not done) this is the email. I Called an the xbox customer service line and they said they can do nothing about it and i need to post a forum in the enforcement section of xbox.com so i did and this is what i said in the post. " My xbox account has been accused of being tampered with and attempting to join moddified lobbies on call of duty 4 modern warfare. This cant be possible as i do not even own call of duty 4. There has been a mistake here and i need someone to contact me back and unban my account as i just paid for a 12 month membership."
This was the response

They sent exactly to same thing to me again as they did in the email !!!
I sent another message to the enforcement team saying "yes i know that i was "supposedly" cheating but i cant have been because i do not own call of duty 4 so can you please unban my account. They then replied with the exact same email again ! i couldnt believe it for such a big company they have to worst service ive ever experienced.
So there logic is to ban someone for cheating on a game they dont even own. Ok Xbox

If you were to go to their live support and tell them your situation they will forward your case to the XBL Senior Advocacy Team which will look into the case, they can see if your account was logged in elsewhere and was tampered with. If they see it was a false report it will be taken away.

ya microsoft is the worst i hate pretty much everything about them... the only reason i have an xbox is because i like the controller and all my friends are on it

I do agree with you on some things i have recently been console banned so i tried contacting them and they said post on the forums so i did and they basically said my console was banned due do modifications which is Bull **** because i have not got a modded console and then they just closed my post they dont give you a say and when you spend alot on the console and stuff and just ban you is stupid my accounts have not been banned but the console has ? just doesn't make sense

as i said when i replied to them i did say i have been in modded lobbies but not on purpose i did host gta lobbys but not with a modded console it was a dns server everyone hosted them and i got reset becuase of it so it has nothing to do with gta or any other cod apart from cod 4 so technically whatever they are claiming ive done. i havent

you were still in a modded lobby and used DNS codes which is more than a reason to ban your console.
