It gets me pretty irritated when i go on the forums and i at least see a bunch of posts asking if it is possible to unban an xbox live account. Like come on people. If you would just read the terms of agreement, then you would know the once an account is banned till 12/31/9999, there is no way around it. YOUR JUST BANNED.

I believe under very rare circumstances with lots of proof you can make an appeal to the enforcement team you might have the chance to be unbanned. I could be wrong.

I get what you're saying. I also hate when people say they didn't deserve to be banned, but when you check their posts, most of it is them asking to get in a modded lobby. I was going to make a rant on this too.

I see it as an act of immaturity. They think if they plea enough they will get their way. People that do that also like to get people on their side by saying ie. "Banned for no reason" "Not sure why I was banned" "Pl34S3 Jt4G U53R UNB4N M3 P13453"

yes its annoying and theres really no point in reading the terms of service as im sure eveyone knows what they do is wrong against them

Most of those complaining about their accounts being banned are probably kids. Just look at the countless threads on the xbox forums "why'd I get banned?", "I swear I didn't do anything wrong", "you must unban me or I will sue microsoft" etc.
Stuff like that gets a nice laugh out of me. Don't hack and or cheat and everything will be good.
