A logo is just a symbol or other design adopted by an
organization to identify its products, uniform, vehicles, etc.

So technically you could make anything.

A logo should accurately represent a brand's identity. It should represent everything about them. With logos, simplicity is often best, but not required. When making it, you should consider things such as "What's my target audience (ie kids, teens, professionals, etc.)", "what does my brand represent", "what does my brand do", and more.. If someone can't look at your logo and immediately associate it with you, that logo should be reconsidered.

YouTube is one of the worst places to get assistance on real logo designing.
