When i go in the bios it uses 57-60 c even sometimes goes up why does it do this? its clocked at 3.90 Ghz its a amd apu iv never used a amd before is this normal? I have fans inside but they help i guess

Stock cooler? if so these temps are fine you just need to know the temps when underload

People always make mistakes when they read temps for AMD CPUs, but the BIOS should give you the correct reading. What motherboard do you have? Have you tried any temp monitors in Windows? Is the BIOS up to date?

Personally, I use CORETemp. gives a more accurate reading than my BIOS for some reason.
