Hello everyone! I am heading off to college in a few months and i need to find a good pc for working as a programmer and gaming as well. I have found very good ones but i'm not allowed to spend as much as they cost. I need to find an average pc for around $500-$700.

I just want to be able to play games smoothly with no lag and be able to stream and record videos without lag if possible as well. I know that's a tough thing to tackle with the price range but that's all the more i'll probably be allowed to spend

So if anyone could please help me out here i would appreciate it!
