Not sure whether you still can (i think you still can) but you used to just be able to edit your usersettings file to your likings and host a local game, then that was it!! done.

I think you can, but it only applies to offline

I'm not that common with L4D though, you might wanna try youtube/google?

They patched it for online, but it will work for local play.

so wait when people say local play do they mean like u can do it online but only in ur local game or offline completly plz respond
