He can double as an on-demand cameraman independently capturing videos and still images by tracking the action around him. You can ask Jibo (directly or via an iPhone or Android app) to take voice messages or leave remindersmaybe alerting an elderly grandparent when its time to take his or her medicine. He can read stories to the kids at bedtime. He can order take-out food on your behalf.


What do you guys think of this new Robot?

I feel that this will be helpful and what not. But, we are growing ever closer to self aware robots and then there will be terminators lol

If you think about it, were closer to the robot age then you think.. I mean think about you talk to Siri...She talks back.... You tell your xbox one to turn on... It turns on... Enough advancement in technology if you ask me!

Could be scary if these get big and everyone uses them... Someone could take over the way they act..

Telling an Xbox to turn on or being able to talk to your phone is still very far away from self aware robots.

OT, I think these advancements in technology are very positive and will be able to help out a lot of people.
