The Halo 3 EXP Tool has been released by elijahjove and OnlyFrag95 so credit goes to them for this.

You need a Jtag/RGH for this and you need to be online.

You need to be party leader/host for this to work.

This Gives EXP to everyone in the game!

In my personal experience this does work in every playlist but not every game you play, sometimes it wont give you EXP, but if you use it in a double exp playlist it works every game(Correct me if im wrong).

Tutorial:
1. Set the amount of EXP you want.
2. Switch between playlists to save the amount that you modded.
3. Invite your friends to get a full party.
4. Start Matchmaking end the game as fast as possible(Without Leaving).
5. ?????
6. Profit?

yeah, this is legit. i have multiple tags that are max exp and are sexy as hell.

Hey man when you get up and running with this could you do an instant 50 for me and maybe some EXP?

If not, thats alright and can you can get banned for this?

I read somwhere that you have to spoof their xuid still. I'm not positive though.
