there is no Pandora app for IOS in the UK at the moment, However there are many alternatives that you could try downloading such as Spotify Etc. IOS has a built in iTunes Radio as well

- However there is a plug in to use pandora on your Google Chrome browser in the UK!

Not so sure this will work but it's worth trying.

Go to Cydia and download Appcake and also AppSync for iOS 7.0, then restart your phone

AppCake should make an app that is found on the homescreen and from there you can search for Pandora and download it. Then after it's downloaded simply install it and restart your phone. No promises on this working as I have never tried it.
