so for three nights in a row I've been trying to use programs like public rpe 3.0 and others, but none have been working, can anyone send me some modding tools that'll work in system link? I've never been connected to xbl if that is a problem, I also have tu23 and whenever I use certain tools it'll kick me back to dashboard and screen will dim, etc. Anyone?
