yes pretty much i could maybe push up to 800 GBP but i really wouldnt want to go over 700 GBP

That is good, you have an extra 100watts to work with aswell. Thanks for keeping the CPU and GPU I put in that build. It should last a while and will be very nice for gaming.

what does this mean in the compatibility notes ?

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

is there any way that you could make a similar build for around 700 GBP rather than 800 GBP because i want to have some money left to spend on games and other things.

You can get the OS the "free" way to save yourself 60GBP

I have no clue when suggesting monitors so Id rather not put one in

Keyboard & mouse is your preference.
