So, I have my RGH updated to the latest dashboard which means I can connect to the internet, I want to create an xbox live profile but would I need stealth to do that?

Yes, you would need online time and a unbanned KV to do that.

Make sure you dont try to go online without stealth or the correct plugins as your kv will be banned.
