come try out my new server (only just completed, please dont judge it to much)
i will ad more plugins if people want it.

im currently building a shop to buy any items ( wont work till voting is up)

Just a few tips.

Add permissions to your Guest Group, Example:
essentials.warp
essentials.help
essentials.spawn

Recruit staff members.

See my Guide in the Minecraft Section on how to run a successful Minecraft server. It should help you out.
