so today i dropped my iphone 4s,and now its just a black screen and its still turned on? and i put it on my charger and it vibrates every 5secs.i did try and restore it,but that didnt seem to do anything.does anyone know how to fix this? thanks

Put it in DFU mode if it lets you.
