I wondering if they will release because if they do released it will give people chance to get the unique dlc.

Probably going to be a PS4 exclusive. They announced that Sony bought out Rockstar.

a collectors edition for ps4 only wouldn't make sense dont expect a collectors edition for nextgen. dlc as ps4 exclusive would maybe free online

Uh, no. You either don't know what "bought out" means, or you were lied to. It's true that Sony and Rockstar have a more close relationship than they do with Microsoft, but Sony never bought them out.

If you have it bought for Xbox 360 and PS3, it will probably carry over to Xbox One and PS4.

i accidently got the special edition and collectors edition of GTA 5 and i just hope they will transfer it over.

You're an idiot.
If Sony "bought out" Rockstar and Bungie, that means they bought them outright and they now own them as companies, which is not the case. Rockstar is still owned by Take-Two Interactive and Bungie is still an independent company.
