This happens with EVERY game I have and usually takes a few hours before I'm actually able to play the game. It has been happening for almost a year now and I'm fed up with it.

I don't know if it's a problem with the games, or the disc tray, or what so if someone can help me and tell me the problem, that'd be awesome!

I just keep trying over and over again or I play arcade games.

this is what i used to do. if you put the game in and then as soon as you close the tray start tapping on the top of xbox near the tray, not too hard, but not too soft and it would work... might not be your preferred method but it worked for me.

Yea this method works but only for a certain amount of time eventually the disc tray will give out and you will need to buy a new one but make sure it's the same model and just swap out the PCB boards on the bottom.
