This is my system specs -

I was hoping to get a new case and motherboard also a graphics card:)
This is for gaming.
I want to be able to play all the new games on high/ultra with no problems.
I have a 550 watt power supply too.

Thanks man and my power supply is- 450w not a 550 :/ my mistake haha and it is a XFX pro450w Core edition

Everything you have is excellent but the card and (probably) the case. I'd also suggest adding an SSD. The motherboard will do everything you need it to, so there's no need to upgrade it. I agree with the 280X + N200 suggestion, but I'd add this SSD as well.

Hmm the problem with the motherboard is that it would not support my r9 270 a few months ago and its pretty old.

Was you talking about my motherboard being okay or the one he linked?

The one you have is fine and it will support any PCIe 3.0/2.0 card. You probably had a driver conflict or the board needed a BIOS update to support PCIe 3.0 cards.

...Which is exactly what the things in my previous post would cause. Before you change the card (especially from Nvidia to AMD or vice-versa), you should run DDU or manually remove all graphic driver components. You may need to clear the CMOS as well.
