I lost all faith in the competency of the EA support staff when they thought it was acceptable to offer me 3 bronze packs for compensation when I'd lost TOTY Xavi and IF Eto'o due to their servers malfunctioning.

You could of got Akinfenwa in those bronze packs. lol.
