It's not giving me fatal crash or a black screen it just loads up mw2 as it would on a disk.

It's working now. Thank you guys for the help <3 It was the default_mp.xex.

Download dll_loader.xex and use that to load up your dll's

Im not quite sure what it may be then. My best advice is to try and find a different download link and re-install the game. Im not quite sure why you want this superman mod anyway as it looks pretty pointless.
