OK, so I have been through many different forums and viewed tech support on the turtle beach site but for some reason I still cannot get the chat part to work. I can hear the ps4 through the turtle beaches and and I can hear others talking but no one can hear me. It shows that my mic is not on but i cannot figure out how to turn it on. I have hit the mute button on the turtle beaches.
