Ok so I have a steam version of GTAIV I didn't install a disc the problem I'm have is when I sign in to the main part where it asks you to play offline or play online I clicked play online and then tried again and clicked play offline and the same error came up "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]"

Can someone please help by adding my skype it's Menu_Hoster
I would really appreciate the help

I believe you need to add a 'Games for windows live' file into your game directory in order for the game to launch

You have to run the game in compatibility mode, if you still have problems pm me on here and hopefully I can get on Skype to help you. That game gave me 30 different errors before I could play and I managed to fix them. Also check the steam forums, there is a sticky that helps if you have over 2gb of vram
