I cant remember all the tweaks and stuff I used so I'll try to list as many as I can
Tweaks For Home Screen:
Sprigtomize 3: really useful lot of things you can edit with this tweak but the most noticeable changes for my phone is that there is no icon labels and I have 6 rows of apps instead of the standard 5
Zeppelin: Change the carrier (The abstergo logo in the top left)
Winterboard: This is just a basic theme management tool
Status Hud 2: this is not shown in the screenshots but actually gets rid of the volume box in the middle of the screen and replaces it with a editable hud at the top of the screen
Cylinder: Like barrel its a tweak that changes the animation for the screen changing

Tweaks For Lock Screen:
Grabber: This gets rid of the little handle like thing that is on the screen at the bottom for things such as notification centre
JellyLock7: This is the small circle at the bottom its like a basic apple lock but you can attach quick links to certain apps to it
Timepasscode Pro: This although it cannot be seen actually sets my pass code to the time or the time backwards (for example 07:30 would be 0730 or backwards 0370)
