Keep getting signed out of xbox live?Posted:

I keep getting signed out of xbox live. When I connect it tells me that there is a NAT error and that I need to unplug my router. I've done that but it doesn't help. The next suggestion was to call the internet company. Can anyone help me out or will I have to call the internet company to fix it?

Re-download your profile
1.Press the Guide button on your controller.
2.Select Download Profile.
