I can teach you step by step tutorial :]

TuT:

Ok ,
get your profile
go to modio
drag in there
go to file contents
find the following: 4156055.gpd
Delete this GPD by "Right Clicking"
Rehash and Resign
Place profile back to xport360 or whatever you put it on
Start up CoD play a game.. then it should replace you with a brand new gpd.

if that didnt work, i believe they did a temp ban on you, u must have done something and they caught it, like when i had an aim assist and 3arc, lol
