So I'm not sure if you own a pair of X32s. But there is a cord that comes with it the chat cord that connects the headset to the control and when I'm using the cord that comes with the headset I can not hear anybody and it doesn't matter if my chat volume on the controller is at all the way turned up or half way I can't hear peoples voices all though I can hear the game and they can Herat me talking, I end up having to use at seperate cord that connects the control with the headset but there is no volume control so everybody's voice is extreamly loud and it's impossiable to use that way. Anybody know how to fix this issue with my OEM cord?
