So I have 50 bucks to spend on this years Steam Summer Sale. I really wanted to get Arma 3 even though its is only 33% off. I'm not sure if this game is finished or if it is an early access game. I also heard it is terribly optimized. I have a i5-2320 3.0ghz and an Asus GTX 760 2gb, which I can run Watch Dogs for example on high to ultra at 50-60 fps. So I think I'd be fine running it. What do you guys think of the game?

A lot of people are saying that its going higher than 33%. So you should wait it out to see if their right

You'll do fine in ARMA, Intel CPU's perform better in that game and your card is fine. Don't be expecting 50-60 fps however, you're looking at 30-40 maybe if your lucky 45.
I have an AMD FX 8320 (8 core) W/ AMD R9 270x I average at 30-35 FPS.
In servers with very few scripts AKA the boring ones I'm easily hitting 60+ fps.

You should be fine hardware wise,personally I love the game. There are so many different types of servers to choose from. I highly recommend the wasteland servers.

Glad to see I'm not the only person who voted for it.
I plan on buying Arma 3 with the only $30 I have because I've watched alot of gameplay and I'm looking forward to a definite upgrade from Arma 2's terrible voice acting.
