Every time you post 25 times (whether they be on other people's topics or you make your own topics) you will earn 1 rep power.
Every time you obtain 100 rep points from users repping you, you will receive 1 rep power and then the rep points reset back to 0 and earning another 100 will reward you with 1 more rep power and so on.
Giving rep doesn't take from your own rep and also if you post in this section Stories_Archive.html even though it counts for post count, it will not reward you with rep.
