Full AV: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Anti-malware: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Anti-rootkit: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Second opinion malware: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Don't use cleaner utilities; do it yourself. Uninstall programs you don't need, disable un-needed startup items and services with msconfig, and defrag your drive if you have a mechanical hard drive.

r00t pretty much covered it all, I'd personally get Avast and Malwarebytes.
